Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the service and apply to all users. Accessing or using any feature indicates your acceptance of all Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use. These Terms may be updated without notice.

Account Creation

To access certain functions, you must register with a valid email and password. You represent that all registration data is accurate and up to date. You are fully responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. Any unauthorized access due to your negligence remains your responsibility.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to harass, defraud, or infringe upon the rights of others. Prohibited activities include spamming, hacking, or distributing malicious code. You must not evade security controls or data safeguards. Violations can result in account suspension or legal action.

User Content License

All content you submit remains your property, subject to a non-exclusive license for operation of the service. You warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license. The service may remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law. You indemnify any claims arising from user-generated content.

Pricing & Payments

Premium services require payment of the fees displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated. You agree to pay applicable taxes. Non-payment may result in the loss of access to paid features.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 48 hours prior. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period. You can manage renewal settings via your account dashboard. No pro-rata credits are available.

Service Modification

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. Major updates affecting functionality will be announced at least seven days in advance. No compensation is due for alterations. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for security threats. Notice will be given when feasible. Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease immediately. You must delete any downloaded materials.

Intellectual Property

All software, design, and content belong to their respective rights holders. You receive no ownership rights beyond the limited license to use the service. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited. Legal action may follow infringement.

Disclaimer of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all express and implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Use is at your own risk.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, then arbitration or court proceedings if necessary. Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise directed. Severability ensures the remaining provisions remain in effect.
